The following are frequently asked questions by doctors considering a custom practice newsletter.

Why should I consider a practice newsletter?
Ask yourself these questions:
• Do you want more patient/client reactivation?
• Would you prefer less procrastination from your patients/clients?
• Would you benefit from more patient/client referrals?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, you should be doing a practice newsletter. 
Designed to be read in about ten minutes or less, your newsletter increases patient/client health awareness while being entertaining and educational. It also enables you to promote any area of your practice effectively while encouraging referrals.

How often should a newsletter go out?
A monthly newsletter is usually the best frequency rate. It allows for regular communication with your patients/clients without overwhelming your office. Publishing dates should be timed to take advantage of prime promotional periods (back to school, year-end insurance deductibles, slack seasons). Your patients/clients will look forward to them.

How is Attitude Marketing different from other newsletter services?
The back page is fully reserved for your office. “Canned” newsletters can't reflect your office. Putting your name on a newsletter doesn’t ensure your views are getting across to your patients/clients. We want your newsletter to truly be your newsletter.

What goes on the inside pages of my newsletter?
Your semi-custom, newsletter uses our seasonal inside pages. These provide fun facts, health awareness articles geared to your field, along with a touch of humor. We never write about any specific products or procedures on the stock insides.

May I use my logo on my newsletter?
Absolutely! In fact, the entire back page is totally custom-designed to create the look, feel, and image you want. We’ll incorporate your logo, your photograph (you can have as many as three photographs.)

How much of our time will a newsletter require?
If you use Attitude, very little — that’s the whole point. Most likely, if you’re not producing a consistent in-house newsletter, it’s because of lack of time. We solve that.

How will my newsletters arrive?
To make things easier, most of our clients have us mail their newsletters for them. Send us your database on diskette or via email and we’ll do the rest. We ship any extra copies to your office to pass out to new patients or clients (we recommend always ordering about 100 more than you’re mailing for this purpose). If you prefer to do the tedious work yourself, we can ship your entire order to you and your staff can label and mail your newsletters instead.

How much will my newsletter cost?
Surprisingly, usually less than if you did it on your own! More and more these days, businesses are finding it more economical to outsource projects that require unique talent and/or equipment.
It takes a lot of time, effort and money to build a practice. Newsletters are an economical way to maintain it. You can get new patients or clients, but if you don't keep them coming in, your practice won't continue to grow. Your newsletter can build patient or client loyalty, increase office visits, encourage referrals and expand the range of requested services.

Will I have an opportunity to review my Newsletter before it goes to press?
Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. We fax proofs to you so that you see the whole newsletter before it goes to print. It will only go to print when you are completely satisfied with your proof and you sign off on the proof approval sheet.

What is the turnaround time for a Newsletter?
Generally, if you approve your proof on Thursday, it will ship on Wednesday the following week. All orders are shipped from Long Beach, CA and will arrive at the destination you determine (either newspaper, mail house, or office). At the time of proof approval we will give you the estimated date that your order will ship and the estimated date of arrival.
